With over 10 years in software quality at Deutsche Telekom, Axxessio GmbH, and KSB, I've built test automation frameworks, led a QA team, and defined test strategies for mobile apps, voice assistants, backend services, and industrial IoT platforms.

QA engineer on an industrial IoT platform in an ISO 9001-certified environment. Helping define the test concept and test strategy, and driving day-to-day QA activities: requirements-based verification, defect investigation and follow-up, and structured regression evidence. On the technical side, building automated web, backend and REST API system tests and running them in CI pipelines with centralised test reporting.
Progressed from Junior IT Consultant to Senior Software Test Manager on Deutsche Telekom programmes: MagentaTV, Hallo Magenta voice assistant, push notifications, and more. Led a four-person testing team, defined test strategies and automation frameworks, and coordinated end-to-end verification, defect follow-up and quality reporting across Scrum and SAFe environments. Joined in Feb 2016 as a working student on the Tolino eReader project.
Started as a working student manually testing the Telekom Mail App for iOS. Grew into full automation responsibility, building and maintaining the entire Appium regression catalog independently.

Telekom's Smart Speaker voice assistant. Automated the entire regression catalog in Groovy, defined the full test strategy, and managed the QA team end-to-end as test manager.
Full QA ownership of Telekom's cross-app push service covering Mail, SmartHome & Mein Magenta. Designed performance test environments on AWS with JMeter, full mobile and API automation.
QA consulting for a property rental platform. Advised the team on software quality assurance, helping define test strategies and concepts to raise overall quality standards.
In-car internet connectivity giving passengers seamless access on the move. Built a test automation framework from scratch and automated the web application with Robot Framework.
